Welcome to our band! We’re thrilled to have you join us. To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for everyone, we’ve outlined a few terms and conditions that we kindly ask all members to understand and agree to.
By joining the band, I understand that I am expected to do my best for the good of the band. This means attending rehearsals regularly, participating actively in performances, and contributing positively to the group’s dynamics.
I acknowledge that the band operates as a non-profit organization. While we strive to keep costs low, membership fees are necessary to cover expenses such as rehearsal spaces, equipment maintenance, and other operational costs. I agree to pay these fees in a timely manner to support the band’s activities. I understand that pricing may change over time, and any changes will be properly communicated by the board of the organization.
I give my consent for the band to use photos and videos of our shows and public performances to promote the band. This includes posting on social media, our website, and other promotional materials. If at any time I feel uncomfortable with specific footage or images, I have the right to request the band to take the footage offline.
I commit to treating all band members with respect and courtesy. We value a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and appreciated. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Open communication is key to our success. I will communicate promptly and respectfully with band leaders and fellow members regarding any issues, suggestions, or feedback. Constructive criticism is always welcome as we aim to improve together.
I understand the importance of attendance at scheduled performances. If I am unable to attend a performance, I will notify the band leaders as soon as possible to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
I agree to take good care of any band equipment or property that I use. If I accidentally damage or lose any equipment, I will report it immediately and may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
If I decide to leave the band, I will provide notice to the band leaders in advance. This allows for a smooth transition and helps us manage our performances and rehearsals effectively.
